1. Total payment with invoice
The total cost of payment on Johnjella includes:
- Item Price: The item’s price is listed next to the item.
- Shipping Fee: Shipping charges will be calculated based on your destination at checkout when you enter your address. Fees are described in our Shipping Policy. We do not charge tax on any country or item.
You do not have to pay sales tax or customs duty for any item or country when you shop on this website.
***Additional fees: There are no additional fees: account registration, sales tax, restocking fees or return shipping fees are all free. You only have to pay the amounts stated on the invoice when paying for your purchase to receive the order you have placed.

3. When will the customer receive the refund?
We will issue a refund for an order canceled by us or by the buyer within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the order cannot be cancelled (Modify/Cancel Order). We accept refunds for items returned in accordance with our Return/Exchange & Refund Policy.
